How long does the shipping take?

Can I return my order?

Yes you can totally return your order but please note that we do not take the bonnet back if it has been worn already and that you would have to pay for the shipping yourself!

Do I get a refund?

yes, if something is not right with the bonnet you can ship it back to me and I will refund you the payment as soon as I get the package.

but please not that we can only refund the money for the products you ordered not the shipping costs!

What farbic are the bonnets made out of?

every bonnet has a soft and smooth vegan satin inner lining that will keep your hair shiny and moisturized all night long.

How can i wash my bonnet?

it is preferred to wash the bonnet by and since the material is very fine!

When are the bonnets going to me back in stock?

I'm always trying my best to have some in stock but please be patient, I still do everything by myself and can only do as much!
